Q. What if a customer has a problem with the cash machine?

 

A. Simply let the customer know that the agreed procedure is that they must  contact their card issuer, usually a bank or building society as the first point of call in all cases.

 

Q. There’s been a power cut. What happens to my machine?

 

A. The cash machine will remain secure and restart as soon as power is restored. But do call our Help Desk on 0845 222 2222 to let them know.
